The company has a sound reputation amongst lenders, investors , numerous sub-contractors and professional service providers, many of whom have been affiliated with the company for over two decades.

Ownership and Acquisition

Investors Trust Realty Group continually searches for real estate opportunities which meet our investment criteria. Typically, ITRG targets properties which are in dense in-fill locations which are in need of capital improvements, property management and equity. Investments are normally held for a 5 to 7 year term. Investors and equity partners realize the benefits of an enhanced real estate assest which has realized an increased value-added equity position, cash flow and depreciation. ITRG has formed over 50 real estate partnerships through the use of joint venture agreements and limited liability companies.

Management Services

Investors Trust Realty Group manages a real estate portfolio valued at over $250 million, consisting of apartment complexes, industrial parks, office buildings and Home Owner Associations. The company provides full accounting functions, utilizing Yardi Operating Management Systems with CPA auditing and individual trust account reporting.

Additionally, the company provides maintenance supervision, construction services, leasing, tenant screening and relations and financial planning.
